I was offered the chance to review oatmeal from Myoatmeal.com. My hubby and I eat oatmeal all of the time so I was super excited by this chance!

Myoatmeal.com is an awesomely unique company that gives you the chance to create your very own flavors!

It’s simple and hassle free with only seven simple steps to follow:

I made two bags of oatmeal:

I Love My Honey (apples, pecans and honey) & Brown Sugar.

We love them!

They are not too strong in the flavor department…but honestly I didn’t want them to be. It tastes real and natural instead of strong and well man-made.

The chunks of apples and pecans in the I Love My Honey blend were the real deal and you could tell!

I have shared both of these blends with my girls…Emalee doesn’t seem to care for it..but we did make them some what non-sweet oatmeal (not fully on purpose) which is something she isn’t really used to. The Brown Sugar one I was hoping would be a little sweeter than it ended up…however, when making your own if you are unfamiliar with the different options it can be hard to decide which ingredients to use. They do have a help line and chat box to help you out though!

Annaliese on the other hand loves the oatmeal! Of course we have to blend it up quite a bit for her because unlike the cheap stuff you get at the store this is real oats. They were a quite large for a 6 month old to eat…however, a few turns in the food processor and she was digging in! She adored the brown sugar and didn’t seem to mind the I love my honey.

The company also chose to send me an extra bag called German Chocolate. Sadly I was unable to try this blend because I am allergic to coconuts…however, my hubby tried it and said it was pretty good. A little on the sweet side but not bad 🙂 I wish this had been a flavor I could have tried because it sure smelled awesome!

Overall, I am very satisfied with this company and would definitely recommend it to others. If you are indecisive like me you can even just choose the Mystery Bag which is a pretty cool option…as long as you aren’t allergic to anything!
