Okay…so someone told me that in order to get rid of my writer’s block I should make my characters do one of two things:

~Have sex

~Strip down naked and see what happens

Umm…won’t the second one lead to the first?!? I’ve written a small amount..hope to get more of FaeTAL out tonight! I want my imaginary friends to talk to me again!!

I am super busy due to the planning on a book blog tour for Wendy Beck’s The Naming of Legends series! If you are a blogger and interested in being a part of the tour head on over HERE and join!

J is for Jacket

Parents are always on the lookout for make-believe/play items that can keep their kids busy, and allow for creative thinking and role playing. They are also searching for unique back-to-school apparel to make their kids be cool. Up and Away, an Americana-themed children’s novelty jacket manufacturer which produces adorable outerwear, accomplishes both. This is why their jackets have been kids’ favorites for over twenty years.

–The jacket is authentic looking, and shows some attitude.

–Boys grow up wanting to ride motorcycles, and girls like copying fashion models and celebrities that they see wearing this style outerwear.

–Kids can use the jacket for both “make-believe/play,” as well as for outside warmth.

Mommy Writes: FaeTAL Part 4

I finally got to sit down and write a bit yesterday! I only managed about a page and a half…but compared to the Z.E.R.O pages that I was able to get done over the past week…well it was great! I hope to do some more today!

OO Fun new fact…I will be taking hand-to-hand combat and knife combat training so that I can write better and more accurate fight scenes!

Yay me?!?

I haven’t completely forgotten about my FaeTAL book babies though!

I had another dream!!YAY! This one showed me the mark of the warrior, the mark of a mate and what it will look like when they bond! How awesome is that?? Let me know what you think! It is a combination of the Celtic/Gaelic symbol of strength (the warriors mark) and the Celtic/Gaelic symbol that means to love, honor and protect!
