It’s that time again…I get to weigh and measure and fingers crossed I’ve seen some sort of progress!

I am LOVING my new 30 day smoothie challenge and can’t wait to try even more smoothies! If you haven’t checked it out then head on over and let me know what you think!

Sadly, with all this snow around here…

my precious Zumba was cancelled!!!

So, instead I have been doing it at home using Youtube videos. Want to see what I do? Check HERE!

Well, to start things off I did my measurements…I was pretty proud of them and even saw some changes which totally made me smile like a kid on a snow day!

January 22, 2014 – 136.8lbs

Then I went and had the awesome Creepster take my pix for me…and my joy at the changes kind of dwindled a bit…I look horrible!! Especially from behind! Oh my gosh I have GOT to do something about this!!!

Weigh In

I think that I am going to have to start doing my Jillian Michaels DVDs again. I was noticing some major tone changes during that. So maybe this will be my new schedule:

Monday-Jillian Michaels DVD  Tuesday-Zumba  Wednesday-Zumba  Thursday-Jillian Michaels DVD  Friday-Jillian Michaels DVD  Saturday-Zumba  Sunday-REST

What do you guys think? Should I change it up to this?
