A lot of you have seen me complain about my lack of understanding of this thing called Twitter!
I have a total love/hate relationship with Twitter…I just can’t seem to get the hang of it! I have tried…really!
This lack of understanding lead me to dig deeper, do research and ask friends for advice.
I have decided that I want to share what I have found with you guys for this weeks:

How many of you guys use this already? How many of you understand how to use and when it is okay to add your own posts?
I have been doing all sorts of research to find out all of this!
Just like in my Pinterest How To and How Pinterest Can Benefit Your Blog I tried to pull together some of the important tips and tricks I have found while learning how to use StumbleUpon.
In this post I am going to give a brief overview on how to use StumbleUpon (just the basics) and how it can benefit your blog.
So my last Pinterest post, which was just a quick lesson on how Pinterest can help you grow your blog, was a huge success!
I also got a few messages saying that people would love a How to with pictures. (Similar to my Beautiful Blogger post)

So…Pinterest!
Some of you guys probably read my silly Pinterest Post…some of you did not. If you did…I may need to apologize..it was meant to be silly and I hope people got a good laugh with it. Oh well, it made me laugh writing it.
Due to a few friends mentioning that they just “didn’t get Pinterest” or “didn’t understand how it could help their blog”, I decided to do a quick How to on it!
According to wikipedia , “Pinterest is a pinboard-style photo-sharing website that allows users to create and manage theme-based image collections. Users can browse other pinboards for images, “re-pin” images to their own pinboards, or “like” photos.”
Pinterest was created by a group of three people, Ben Silbermann, Paul Sciarra, and Evan Sharp. I have, until this point, considered them my “pimps” or “drug dealers”. I suppose Cold Brew Labs, who manages it, probably should be included in there somewhere! They play just as big a part as the others in my new found profession and addiction.

Like most of you guys, I didn’t want to keep using one of the “stock” templates. I hated when I was flipping through blogs and came across one that looked exactly like mine!
What is there to keep people from just simply clicking on past my site when they see it?
If you are anything like me, and I’m betting you are, you either can’t afford to or don’t want to purchase a pre-made setup. Some of these things get pretty expensive!!
This question lead me to spend a ton of time over the past few days doing research and finding ways to update my blog.
I figured that I would be nice and share with you what I learned!
So some of you may have noticed that I just went and took down every single picture that I didn’t take myself!
Well, the reason I did this is because someone shared this link with me and I got very confused as to whether it was okay to have the silly little ecards that are passed around Facebook on my blog or not.
Until I know for certain one way or the other…I will no longer be putting up random pictures!
I will be making them and taking them all by myself!
